We run a little different than your typical boutique to give you the best prices possible and beat the prices of others. We buy in bulk, or wholesale, to keep prices lower and give individual customers the opportunity to experience wholesale buying direct from vendors.  Most items are in immediate inventory unless noted as a pre-order. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority depending on weight and usually arrive between 3-5 business days after order is placed. All orders will have a shipping notification sent and tracking available. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS.
  • We do our best to list Pre-Order shipping dates at the time of purchase. Working with vendors directly can be tricky at times and times can be a little longer than expected. We do our best to keep everyone in the loop with shipping times.

    YES!! We have three local pickup locations! Local pickup is free of charge. If you choose a local pickup location you will be notified by email when your item is ready to be picked up.
    • For local pickup, items will be accepted for exchange or credit up to 10 days of fulfillment email notification. Items left more than 14 days at chosen pickup location will be sent back to South location. Items left for longer than 20 days will be automatically canceled and a restocking fee of 25% will be taken from the original payment.

    We understand that items may not always fit like you would like especially with online shopping. We encourage you to try on your items as soon as you get them. Due to the nature of our business model, we do not offer refunds however we will offer an exchange policy.

    • WJB PERMITS RETURNS RECEIVED BACK WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS from the date of the original delivery confirmation for a full WJ credit. NO EXCEPTIONS. For local pickup, items will be accepted for exchange or credit up to 10 days of fulfillment email notification. No items will be excepted for return after 10 days of fulfillment email.  Items left more than 14 days at chosen pickup location will be sent back to South location.  Items left for longer than 20 days will be automatically canceled and a restocking fee of 25 % will be taken from the original payment.
    • Returned items need to remain unwashed, unworn and tags must still be attached (If applicable). Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, stained, smell of smoke, deodorant marks, dog hair, odors or any other issue at the discretion of With Joy will be rejected for exchange for merchandise credit.
    • Before returning be sure your items are not FINAL SALE items (see below)
    FINAL SALE ITEMS: Leggings, Jeggings, Bras, Shoes, Jewelry/Accessory Purchases, any items posted as SALE, FINAL SALE, LAST CALL SALE, ANY DISCOUNT CODE and BUNDLE DEALS are all final sale items and may not be returned.
      • Return shipping and handling is the customer’s responsibility. You may return to us via the carrier of your choice, but we recommend obtaining tracking on your package. Once we receive your items they will be processed within 5 business days and at that time we can offer you an exchange or store credit via email. A shipping invoice will be sent for all exchanges that will need to be shipped back to a customer.
      • Customer service must be emailed prior to returning an item. No exchanges or credit will be accepted without an RA (Return Authorization) Number per return. We want you to be 100% satisfied so we do have a place for you to post your item to resale it or exchange with another With Joy customer.
      • We have a facebook group called With Joy Wholesale BST. Please post with item picture, price of item, and if you want pickup or ship.
      • REFUND/EXCHANGE EXCEPTION: We will refund or exchange an item if it was damaged or the wrong size was sent. You have 10 days from fulfillment email notification to notify With Joy customer service at wjwcustomerservice@gmail.com.
      We will accept most forms of payment, credit and PayPal.
      Absolutely! We love your request! We try to pull our weekly lineup from our customers request. To request an item you can post pictures here and we will try our best to find it for you! 
      YES! There is no better gift than the gift that keeps on giving. With Joy gift cards are available at all times. You will receive a gift code to use on your next order.

      Sale/Clearance Items:

      Emails to customer service will be answered within 48 hours. Emails sent after 12pm on Friday will be answered on Monday.
